Jhapa border sealed for three days

The border checkpoints of Jhapa have been closed for 3 days. Two border points in Jhapa have closed for 72 hours starting from 4 am Thursday (Today).
According to authorities, Kakarbhitta and Bhadrapur border points are sealed in view of State Assembly elections in India’s West Bengal state.
Jhapa Chief District Officer, Shrawan Kumar Timilsina, informed that movement of people and vehicles are strictly prohibited. The border points will open on at 6 pm on April 17 (Saturday).
