In third hour of trading, NEPSE up by 1.45 percent, Nepal Life’s highest turnover (2 pm update)

In the third hour of trading on Wednesday, the Nepse index increased by 34.65 points and reached to 2,426.39 points.

The market that increase by 1.45 percent, 212 companies shares worth Rs 2.33 billion have been bought and sold. Shares of Chandragiri Hills, Joshi Hydropower, Green Life Hydropower, Khanikhola Hydropower and United Idi Mardi RB Hydropower raised more than 9 percent in the third hour of trading.

The 13 groups that traded in the third hour, the mutual fund group’s index declined while the rest of the group’s index raised. The hotel and tourism group’s index increased the most by 3.9 percent.

Nepal Life Insurance has had the highest turnover during this period. The company’s Rs. 143 million worth of shares have been traded. The company’s share price has risen is being traded at Rs. 2,049.

Nepal Infrastructure Bank is the second most traded company in terms of transaction amount. The per capita income of the company is Rs. 530 and Rs. 146 million worth of shares have been bought and sold.
