Britain’s Ima Radukanu, who made history by winning the US Open at the young age of 18, has bagged 2.4 million along with the title.
She defeated Leila Fernandez of Canada in a straight set.
Ima defeated 19-year-old Leila 6-4, 6-3 to win her first Grand Slam tennis title in New York, USA.
Emma is also the youngest player to win a Grand Slam title since 2004. She started playing tennis at the age of five.
Emma is the daughter of a Romanian father and a Chinese mother. She was born in Canada.
Her parents moved to England when she was two years old. After getting a job there, they have been living in England.
