How much is the dividend being paid by Goodwill Finance?

27 December, Kathmandu. Goodwill Finance Limited has declared a dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the last financial year’s profit. Finance has announced that it will distribute a total of 13 percent dividend, including a 9.1 percent bonus share of the existing paid-up capital and a 3.9 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next annual general meeting.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Finance held on December 10 has decided to distribute dividend at that rate.

At present, the paid up capital of Finance is Rs. 867.2 million. After the distribution of bonus shares at the rate of 9.1 percent, the paid up capital of Finance will reach Rs. 946.15 million.
