Himalayan Distillery urge shareholders to collect the dividend
Kathmandu, April 23
Himalayan Distillery Limited has requested the shareholders to collect the cash dividend.
The company has asked the shareholders, who have not yet collected the cash dividend distributed from the profits of fiscal year 2070/71 and 71/72. The company had issued notice to collect cash dividend on Magh 16.
The company has also asked to contact the Jawalakhel-based office within 30 days from the date of publication of the notice and collect the dividend. The company has stated that if the cash dividend is not collected within that period, it will be deposited in the Investor Protection Fund as per the Companies Act.
