Gurans Laghubitta extended directors term

Gunras Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has extended the term of four directors of the company.
The term of Uday Narayan Baral, Krishna Prasad Gautam, Raju Prasad Adhikari and Bijay Kumar Dahal, who were appointed as directors on behalf of the founding group of the company, will end on Chaitra 28, but the company has decided to extend their term till the next general meeting. The decision was taken at a meeting of the company’s board of directors held last Wednesday.
