Government to provide capital and technology support to women entrepreneurs in the seven province

The government is planning to support women entrepreneurs of all the seven province of the country. By providing capital and technology assistance to one group of women entrepreneurs and 20 women entrepreneurs in each state, the government is planning support women entrepreneurs.
The Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens issued a notification on Tuesday stating that it is preparing to provide such assistance, under the Presidential Women’s Upliftment Program as per the approved annual program of the current fiscal year. The Ministry has informed that a women entrepreneurs and group of women entrepreneurs interested in supporting capital and technology assistance within their local level have to submit applications for conducting the program as per Section 4 of the Women Entrepreneurship Development, Financial Access, Support Capital and Technology Assistance Program Procedure, 2077 BS. For this, the Ministry has suggested to submit the application along with the required documents at the concerned local level within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The Ministry has also directed the concerned local level to select one woman entrepreneur and one group of woman entrepreneur as per Article 7 of the Rules of Procedure on the basis of the documents attached with the applications for support capital and technology assistance. The notice also states that the program can be downloaded from the Ministry’s website.
The Women Entrepreneurs and Group of Women Entrepreneurs should submit the application along with the Industry Business Registration or Renewal Certificate, Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, Proof of Tax Filed or Tax Payment Certificate, Business License as required, business plan and required technology and capacity of that technology.
The ministry has urged the Ministry of Social Development and all the 753 local levels to conduct the work in accordance with the procedure. Group of Women Entrepreneurs and Women Entrepreneurs will have to submit their applications to the concerned local level by Chaitra 17. Similarly, the local levels will have to send the recommendation of the Ministry of Social Development of the concerned state by Baisakh 2.
