Ghalemdi Hydro calls for AGM; What agenda to discussed?

Ghalemdi Hydro Limited has scheduled its seventh annual general meeting on Baisakh 23. The company has called a meeting at Hotel Moonlight, Paknajol, Kathmandu for 11 am. The decision was taken at a meeting of the company’s board of directors on Chaitra 29.
The proposal of the meeting includes discussing and passing the report of the board of directors for the fiscal year 2076/77 and also appointing the auditor and determining their remuneration and various proposals.
The company is preparing to close the book for the purpose of the general meeting from Baisakh 16 to Baisakh 23. On the basis of the book close, only the existing shareholders till Baisakh 16 will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
