General meeting of Agriculture Development Bank

The annual general meeting of the Agriculture Development Bank is scheduled to be held on January 12. The meeting will pass the agenda of distributing 20 percent bonus share and 1.052 percent cash dividend proposed by the bank.

The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 15 percent bonus shares and 0.78 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The meeting will also pass a resolution to distribute 6 percent cash dividend of the paid-up capital to the preferred shareholders.

The meeting will start at 11 am at the Central Training Center of Agriculture Development Bank, Bhaktapur.
To hold the meeting, the bank will close the book from January 3 to December 4.
