General Insurance calls for third AGM

Kathmandu, April 9

General Insurance Company Nepal Limited has convened its third annual general meeting on Baisakh 26. The company has called a meeting at its head office in Hattisar, Kathmandu for 11 am. The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Chaitra 24 has decided to hold a meeting.

In the resolution of the annual general meeting, the annual report of the fiscal year 2076/07 will be discussed and passed and the appointment of auditor and his remuneration will be determined, two directors representing the general shareholders will be elected and the amount contributed by the company to the Covid 19 fund will be approved.

The company is preparing to close the book for the purpose of the general meeting from Baisakh 10 to Baisakh 26. Based on the book close, only the existing shareholders till Baisakh 9 will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
