Four Laghubitta’s bonus shares listed; More than 23 lakh shares to issue

A total of 2,350,544.41 lots of bonus shares have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE). The bonus shares of 1 finance company and 3 Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have been listed in Nepse this week.

Accordingly, 4,58,640.86 shares of Pokhara Finance Company have been listed for the 5 percent bonus provided to the shareholders on last Monday. 861,873.25 shares of NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. were also listed on Monday with 19 percent bonus provided to the shareholders. Similarly, 64,370.45 shares of 9 percent bonus provided to the shareholders by RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. were listed on Monday. And 425,659.85 lots of bonus shares were listed for the 19 percent bonus provided to the shareholders by Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha on last Tuesday, according to Nepse.
