Five die, 27 injured in bus accident in Jajarkot

Five people died and 27 others sustained severe injuries in a bus accident at Jajarkot district on Sunday morning. The ill-fated night bus (Na 6 Kha 2757) was heading towards Ridi Bazzar of Jajarkot from Nepalgunj met with an accident at Kudu Baraha Chowk around 2 AM this morning.

According to District Police Office, as many as 27 people were injured and five others died in the accident.  The injured people are currently undergoing treatment at Jajarkot District Hospital.

The detailed information about the accident is yet to be disclosed. The bus had fallen around 200 metres down the road at the incident site located around 11 km west of the district headquarters.
