Dividend Declaration by Rastriya Banijya Bank

Out of the total 27 commercial banks, Rastriya Banijya Bank, which is yet to declare dividend from the profits of the last fiscal year 2077/78, has also declared its dividend.
The bank has stated that it will distribute 30 percent bonus share of the paid-up capital and 3 percent cash for tax purposes and a total of 33 percent dividend. The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after it is approved by the NRB and passed by the next general meeting of the bank. The bank has called a general meeting on Thursday, January 13.
