Deprosc Laghubitta to sell founder shares

Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to sell the founder shares. The company has stated that it will sell 25,000 shares of the founding shareholder.
As the existing founding shareholders have to be given priority while selling the shares, the founding shareholders wishing to purchase the founding shares have to apply within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice. The company also said that if no application is received from the founding shareholders within that time, the sale process will be taken forward so that other persons can remain in the founding group as per the prevailing law.
