Corona virus infection confirmed in 25,420 more people in India, 385 infected die in a day

An additional 25,420 people have been confirmed infected with the corona virus in India. With the latest increase, the number of infected people in India has reached 32.448 million. With the latest figures, the death toll from the corona in India has reached 434,784.

Many experts believe that the reason behind India’s comparatively low numbers is the limited scope of testing in the country. The World Health Organization urged countries to test as many people as possible to curb the pandemic, but India has only been testing those who have traveled from affected countries or come in contact with a confirmed case and shown symptoms after two weeks of quarantine.
