Civil Laghubitta and National Laghubitta AGM to be held today
Kathmandu, March 18
Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. are helding general meeting on Thursday i.e. today.
National Laghubitta is holding a meeting at Creek Resort, Dhading. The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 21% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend. The company’s dividend will be received by the existing shareholders till Falgun 13.
Similarly, Civil Lagubitta has stated that the meeting will start from 11 pm at Bougainville Events in Tripureshwor. The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 3.5 percent bonus shares and 0. 18 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The existing shareholders will get dividend till Falgun 19.
