Citizens Bank urges shareholders to collect 5 year old dividend

Kathmandu, March 7

Citizens Bank International Limited has requested the shareholders to collect the 5 year old cash dividend of Savik Sahayogi Vikas Bank.

The bank, which is about to receive Sahayogi Vikas Bank, has requested to collect the company’s five-year-old cash dividend in time.

The bank has requested to protect its dividend by contacting as soon as possible as there is an arrangement to deposit the cash dividend after five years in the investor protection fund.

The bank has issued a notice on March 8 asking the company to contact CBIL Capital Limited, the company’s national office, within the next 35 days. The bank has also informed that the dividend will be deposited in the Investor Protection Fund if the dividend is not paid within 35 days.
