Citizens Bank to close book on Chaitra 18

Kathmandu, March 18
Citizens Bank International is set to close the book on Chaitra 18 for integrated business purposes after acquiring Tinau Mission Development Bank.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the company’s board of directors on Chaitra 04. Citizens Bank’s proposal to acquire Tinau Mission Development Bank was passed by the special general meeting held on Magh 15.
The meeting passed the share ratio in the ratio of 96 shares (1: 0.96) of Citizens Bank equal to 100 shares of Tinau Mission Bank.
