Citizen bank launched its new branch in Udayapur district

Citizens Bank International Limited has expanded its branch in one more place of East Nepal. The bank has been expanding branchless banking services with the objective of providing all accessible and state-of-the-art banking services to the residents of various remote places of the country. The bank has launched its109th branchless banking service in Triyuga Municipality-6 Lalpatta of Udayapur district.

Local businessman, Roma Kumari Thapa has been appointed as the business representative to operate the service in Lalpatta, the bank said. This branchless banking aims to provide deposit collection, payment, fund transfer, mobile phone bill payment, payment of utility services and other services provided by the bank.

Citizens Bank has been providing modern banking services to around 9.5 lakh customers of the country from its 167 branches, 113 ATMs and 109 branchless banking units spread across the country.
