CIT to auction shares from Chaitra 3
Kathmandu, March 10
The shares of the founder group of the Citizens Investment Trust (CIT) owned by Nepal Bank Limited will be put up for auction.
A total of 468,828 shares of CIT owned by Nepal Bank will be put up for auction from Chaitra 3. Any individual, company and association can submit bids for the shares to be put up for auction.
The minimum price of the shares to be put up for auction has been fixed at Rs 1,502.50. Investors will have to submit bids by bidding the minimum price or more.
NIBL S Capital Limited, the securities sales manager, has stated that the minimum number of 100 lots and the there is no limit for the maximum number of shares.
Bids should be submitted to NIBL S Capital’s Kathmandu, Lazimpat office. Bids will have to be submitted within the banking hour by Chaitra 17.
