Chief Justice discharged from Jabra Hospital

Kathmandu: Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra has been discharged from the hospital. Chief Justice Jabra, who was admitted to the Armed Police Hospital Balambu on Monday after contracting covid-19, was discharged at 9.30 am today, according to the hospital.

He was hospitalized with pneumonia. Judicial editing work in the Supreme Court has been affected since he was admitted to the hospital. The administration of justice has been affected as Chief Justice Jabra did not hand over the responsibility of acting Chief Justice to others when he was ill.Although the ruling coalition suggested that Chief Justice Jabra be appointed caretaker, he turned down the offer. The law practitioners had boycotted the debate on Wednesday as they were angry after Jabra did not appear in the court on Tuesday and left the hospital
