Central Zoo Re- Opened After 8 Months

Jawalakhel-based Central Zoo has been re-opened after 8 months by adopting health safety measures.The zoo was closed after Corona virus pandemic was appeared in Nepal.

Since there is still the risk of pandemic; visitors are restricted to walk freely as before. They have to follow the strict rules mentioned by the zoo.

Only 800 visitors are allowed to observe the zoo at a time and have to come out of the zoo within two to two and a half hours. Besides, the visitors are restricted to touch or feed animals during their visit.
