CEDB Hydropower to issue IPO; Gets permission from SEBON after 45 months

Hydropower Development Company Ltd. (CEDB) will be issusing IPO to the generals. The company has received approval from the regulatory body, Securities Board of Nepal to issue an IPO.

The company has received approval from the regulatory body to issue 25 lakh 18 thousand 230 lots of IPO on Baisakh 2. The company had applied to the Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal on Ashard 27, 2074 BS to issue an IPO.

The company has got the permission from Securties Board of Nepal to issue IPO, almost after 4 years i.e. 45 months from the date of an application submitted. The securities sales manager of the company is Sunrise Capital Limited.
