BPW Laghubitta AGM to be held on Chaitra 31st

BPW Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has scheduled to hold its first and second annual general meeting on Chaitra 31.

The company has stated that the meeting will be held at 11 am at its central office in Banepa, Kavre. The House will discuss and pass the annual reports of the Fiscal Year 2075/76 and FY 2076/77. The meeting will also pass a resolution appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and fixing the remuneration.

The meeting will also pass a resolution on Arambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. to acquire BPW Laghubitta and Deurali Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.

At the meeting, Chautari Microfinance will approve the acquisition of BPW Laghubitta and Deurali Laghubitta by passing the share exchange ratio of 100: 95 on the basis of the asset, liability and turnover report of both the financial institutions.
