Bonus share announcement of Pokhara Finance

Kathmandu: Pokhara Finance has announced bonus shares. The Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday decided to distribute 8.075% bonus share from last year’s profit and 0.425% cash dividend for tax purposes. The proposed dividend will be distributed only after approval by the regulator Nepal Rastra Bank and the forthcoming annual general meeting of Pokhara. The company has declared the bonus and cash dividend on the existing paid up capital of Rs 933.145 million.
