BHDC calls for general meeting on Baisakh 31
Kathmandu, April 23
The annual general meeting of Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (BHDC) is scheduled to be held on Baisakh 31.
The company has stated that the meeting will be held at the company’s office in New Baneshwor at 11 am. The House will discuss and pass the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77. It will also pass a proposal to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and to determine the remuneration and to form a new board of directors in the company. The meeting will be held through virtual medium.
