Best Finance AGM to be held on Baisakh 31

Kathmandu, April 23

Best Finance Company Limited has convened its 24th annual general meeting on Baisakh 31. The company has called a general meeting at its head office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu for 11 am.

The company is going to close the book for the purpose of the general meeting on Baisakh 19 (one day). In the special resolution of the general meeting, the board of directors will be given the authority to complete the whole process of merging with other suitable banks and financial institutions.

Similarly, the meeting will also pass a resolution approving the appointment of women directors nominated by the board of directors on behalf of the founding shareholders and electing the founders and general group directors for the new working committee.
