Barun Hydropower distributed bonus shares; Deposited 5 percent bonus in shareholders demat account

Kathmandu, April 9

Barun Hydropower Company Limited has sent 5 percent bonus shares to the demat account of the shareholders. The company has also informed that the bonus shares will be listed and registered on the Nepal Stock Exchange and CDS & Clearing.

The company’s 17th annual general meeting on Poush 26 passed a resolution to distribute 5 percent bonus shares. The company has deposited the bonus shares in the demat account of the shareholders who have dematerialized their shares till Poush 15.

The company has requested the shareholders who have not yet dematerialized their shares to receive bonus by dematerializing their shares as the shares will be credited to the demat account even after that date.
