Bank of Kathmandu to held Special General Meeting

Kathmandu, March 1

Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) has called a Special General Meeting (SGM) on Chaitra 03, 2077. Starting from sharp 10 am that day, The meeting will be held at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The SGM will elect three board members representing the general investors. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the SGM. Books will be closed from Falgun 23 to Chaitra 03.
