Bank of Kathmandu auctioned of two companies share

Kathmandu, March 24
RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and Chimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. owned by Bank of Kathmandu have auctioned of shares. The company distributed 200 shares of RMDC Laghubitta and 94,110 shares of Chimek Laghubitta of the founder group on Tuesday.
The company has informed that the shares have been distributed as per the demand of the applicants who invest up to Rs. 550 for RMDC Laghibutta and Rs. 601.75 to Rs. 851 for Chimek Laghubitta.
The company has also informed that the amount for the shares not distributed will be sent to the bank account mentioned in the application form from Chaitra 12.
