Bangladesh Bank has the largest share turnover of around 3 billion (2 PM update)

In the third hour of trading on Thursday, the Nepse index increased by 42.63 points and reached to 2,474.63 points. In a market that increased by 1.75 percent, 206 companies shares worth Rs 2.97 billion have been bought and sold.

Of all the 13 groups that traded in the third hour, the overall Nepse raised as the indexof all groups raised. Where, the index of hotels and tourism group has increased the most by 3.99 percent.

Nepal Bangladesh Bank has had the highest turnover during this period. The company’s Rs. 444.4 million worth of shares have been traded. The company’s share price has risen and is being traded at Rs. 349. With the rumour of merging the bank with Nabil Bank, the share prices had increased.

Nepal Infrastructure Bank is the second most traded company in terms of transaction amount. The per capita income of the company is Rs. 529 and Rs. 139 million worth of shares have been bought and sold.
