Australia has Announced to Provide 7 Million Australian Dollars

Australia has announced an assistance of 7 million Australian dollars to Nepal in view of the growing infection of Covid-19.

Australian Foreign Minister Maurice Pine today issued a joint statement announcing 17.5 million in assistance to Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka in the fight against COVID-19.

‘We will provide  70 million through the United Nations and NGO partners to purchase essential supplies in Nepal. Australia is already providing medical resources, including PPE, Covid-19 testing kits, and training equipment for health workers, to the most affected hospitals in Nepal’s border areas with India.” the statement said.
