Arun Valley’s right shares price adjusted, what is the per capita?

The share price of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited has been adjusted for the right shares.
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Arun Valley to Rs 242 per share for 50 percent rights. The previous trading price of Arun Valley was Rs 313 per unit. Now the shares of this company will be traded according to the adjusted price.
Arun Valley has closed the book for one day today. This means that only the existing shareholders have been eligible to apply for the 50 percent rights announced by Arun Valley.
