An additional 972,000 doses of covishield vaccine are being brought to Nepal

Kathmandu: 972,000 doses of covishield vaccine against corona virus is coming to Nepal.

The 972,000 dose covishield vaccine produced by Serum Institute of India under Covax facility will arrive in Kathmandu on Wednesday.The first batch of 725,000 doses of vaccine has already arrived on November 29 under the Covax facility.

According to the Department of Health Services Supply Branch, the vaccine will arrive in Nepal from Qatar Air flight at 2:35 pm today.
