Ajod Insurance and Kalika Laghubitta to hold AGM on Tuesday; What agendas to be discussed?

The general meeting of two different companies is going to be held on Tuesday. Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Ajod Insurance Company Ltd. are going to held companies annual general meeting on Tuesday.

Kalika Laghubitta has called a general meeting at Hotel Task International Pvt. Ltd., Kaski at 8 in the morning. The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 10 percent bonus shares from last year’s profits. The existing shareholders till Chaitra 21 will get dividend.

Similarly, Ajod Insurance Company is going to hold a meeting at United World Trade Center, Tripureshwor at 11 am. The meeting will discuss and pass the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting will also pass a resolution appointing an auditor and determining his / her remuneration and electing two persons to the post of director on behalf of the general shareholders.
