Agriculture Development Bank announces increased dividend, how much is the bonus?

Krishi Vikas Bank Limited has declared dividend.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on Thursday announced to distribute 20 percent bonus share of the paid up capital and 1.0526 percent cash for tax purposes to the shareholders of the bank from the profits of the last fiscal year 2077/78 and distribute a total dividend of 21.0526 percent. .

In the last fiscal year 2076/77, the bank had distributed 15 percent bonus and 0.7895 percent dividend.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval of NRB and approval of the next general meeting of the bank.
