wai wai noodles will also be produced in Egypt

The Chaudhary Group is also planning to start production of wai wai (YY) noodles in Egypt.

 The group, which is producing noodles in different countries including Nepal and India, is also planning to start noodle production in Cairo, Egypt.

According to Binod Chaudhary, Chaudhary has conducted a ground breaking flagship ceremony to operate YY Egypt, an internationally renowned noodle brand, to operate YY’s fourth plant in Nepal and India.

 Sharing a photo on social media, Chaudhary wrote, “This monumental ground-breaking will showcase Nepal’s pride to the world.”

YY production has already started from Bangladesh. YY is also being produced in Europe by building a plant in Serbia. In India alone, there are six YY plants in different states. The Chaudhary Group has also purchased a noodle production center in Kazakhstan.

 The Chaudhary Group also bought the center for Dollar 15 million to expand its business in Central Asia. With the purchase of new products in Kazakhstan, the Chaudhary Group’s overall noodle production center has reached 18. 9 of which are in India.

YY accounts for 28 per cent of Indian market-ready noodles. Annual trade is estimated at Arab 2.2 billion. The The Chaudhary Group had decided to open a new plant in Serbia in 2017 as well. The Chaudhary Group now produces 76 brands in 30 countries, owns 122 companies and employs 10,000 people.

The Chaudhary Group has stated that the share of YY among the noodles consumed worldwide has exceeded two percent. The Chaudhary Group is working towards building the world’s most widely consumed noodle brand by building manufacturing plants in 15 countries around the world.
