Preparing to celebrate World Milk Day in the same province

Preparations have been made to celebrate World Milk Day in all the states tomorrow.

Milk Day is celebrated all over the world on the 1st of June. In Nepal, World Milk Day has been celebrated since 2011.

According to the National Dairy Development Board, under the coordination of the Board, stakeholders, Department of Animal Services, Dairy Development Institute, Central Milk Cooperative Union Ltd., Nepal Dairy Association, Dairy Industry Association, Central Livestock Fisheries Cooperative Union Ltd. And with the support of the Nepal Dairy Science Association, the day is ready to be celebrated with programs such as feeding the elderly and honoring the distinguished person who has contributed in the dairy sector.

According to the board, the Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives, Provincial Milk Development Board, Veterinary Services Expert Center, District Milk Producers Cooperative Union, Milk Producers Cooperatives, Dairy Industry and other stakeholders will also celebrate the day.
