26 stolen motorcycles handed over to rich

The Metropolitan Traffic Police has found 26 missing motorcycles and scooters at various places and dates and handed them over to the rich. In the handover program organized at the branch, 17 motorcycles and 9 scooters were handed over to the rich.

The branch has searched for the missing motorcycles from Pashupati area, Boudha, Narephant, Thimi, Suryavinayak, Basundhara, Baneshwor, Chavahil, Thamel, Kirtipur, Satdobato, Kanlaki and Bus Park and handed them over to the concerned rich people.

The department has handed over 223 motorcycles that went missing in the current fiscal year 078/79 to the rich while 32 people involved in motorcycle theft have been sent to the concerned police circles for action.

It is requested to contact the traffic police hotline number ‘103’ or the nearest traffic police as soon as it is known that the vehicle is missing.
