AGM of Reliance Life today, dividend offer main distribution

: Reliance Life Insurance’s Annual General Meeting is being held today (December 11). Assembly Anmol Banquet Shankhamul is being held in Kathmandu from 11 am. The company is going to hold the general meeting of the fiscal year 2076-77. It is proposed to pass the 5.26% (including tax) dividend proposed by the board of directors in the meeting.

Similarly, it is proposed to discuss and pass the annual report of the Fiscal Year 2076-77. The company has already closed the book on November 11 for the purpose of meeting and dividend. Therefore, the existing shareholders will be able to participate in the dividend and general meeting proposed by the company till December 10.
