last day to secure the dividend of Jyoti Vikas Bank

The last day to secure the dividend proposed by Jyoti Vikas Bank Limited is December 11 (today). The bank has proposed to distribute 10 percent bonus shares. The bank has convened its 13th annual general meeting on January 29 to pass various resolutions including the said resolution.

The bank has decided to close the book registration for the purpose of the general meeting from January 12 to January 30. Therefore, the existing shareholders will get only 10 percent bonus shares till December 11.
