Giving 20 percent bonus, Mirmire Microfinance called a general meeting
Mirmire Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has called a general meeting. The general meeting was convened to pass the dividend proposal announced by the company to distribute to the shareholders from the last financial year’s profit. Microfinance had announced to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 20 percent of the existing paid up capital. To pass the same resolution, microfinance has convened its eleventh annual general meeting on January 12 at Hotel Sarathi, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk.
The meeting will pass resolutions such as authorizing the board of directors to work on mergers or acquisitions with other microfinance and to amend the management letter and rules, approve the appointment of two directors, and appoint an auditor.
For the purpose of the general meeting, microfinance is going to close the book from January 6 to 7. Accordingly, the existing shareholders who have traded in Nepse till December 3 will be able to participate in the general meeting of microfinance and receive the dividend distributed by microfinance.
