SBI calls general meeting to pay 5.31 percent dividend

Nepal SBI Bank Limited is scheduled to hold its 28th Annual General Meeting on December 6.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank has convened a general meeting at 11 am on January 5 at the Tribhuvan Army Officers Club in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.

The meeting will approve the proposed 5.31 percent dividend for the last fiscal year. Of which 3.5 percent is bonus share and 1.81 percent is cash dividend (including tax).The meeting will pass important documents including the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year. The same meeting will also approve a special resolution to give full authority to the Board of Directors to merge and merge other suitable banks and financial institutions to carry out all the necessary work for the purpose of acquisition.

The bank has decided to close the book for the purpose of dividend and meeting from January 22 to January 30. In order for this bank to receive dividend and be eligible to participate in the meeting, the share capital must be established by December 20.
