20th General Meeting of Neighboring Microfinance on January 7, 30% dividend proposal

Dec. 27, Kathmandu. Neighboring Microfinance has convened its 20th Annual General Meeting on January 7. The general meeting will start at 11 am at Hotel Samana, Hetauda, ​​Makwanpur.At the meeting, the company is proposing to distribute 27 percent bonus shares from the profit of the fiscal year 2077/78 and 3 percent cash for tax purposes and a total dividend of 30 percent.

The company is going to close the book for the purpose of the meeting from January 26 to January 30. On the basis of book close, only the existing shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting and receive dividend till December 25.
