One killed in bus crash in Dang

One person has been killed in a bus crash in Dang district. The deceased has been identified as Ram Charan Chaudhary, 55, of Banghusri in Lamahi Municipality-7. The injured Chaudhary was rushed to Lamahi Hospital where a doctor declared him dead, police said.

According to the Ward Police Office, Lamahi, Chaudhary was hit by a bus (Ra 1 Kha 1777) heading east from the west near the forest at around 6:15 this morning. It is said that the bus hit while returning to the market leaving milk in the morning. Police said that the bus and its driver were taken under control and investigation is underway.
