More than 7.4 million people in Nepal have been fully vaccinated against Covid 19
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 74 lakh 34 thousand 797 people have been vaccinated with both doses and 87 lakh 36 thousand 532 people have been vaccinated with the first dose till November 7.
In Nepal, first dose of the estrogen vaccine was given to 2.96 million people and the second dose was given to 1.681 million people. Similarly, 58 lakh 30 thousand 406 people have taken the first dose of Verosel vaccine and 42 lakh 9 thousand 877 people have taken the second dose.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1.543 million 497 people have been vaccinated against Johnson & Johnson.
However, when we talk about the world, at least 70 percent of the world’s population needs to be vaccinated to survive the epidemic. In some affluent countries, this level has been achieved, with only 2 percent of low-income people being vaccinated against Covid-19.
Unless all the countries of the world are safe from the epidemic, the West will not be safe either. If the vaccine is not distributed quickly, variants of the virus that spreads quickly will affect areas that have not been vaccinated before. After that, it will not leave the fully vaccinated area untouched, which will affect the progress of vaccination so far.
