Three companies bonus shares listed; Includes two hydro and a financial company

Kathmandu, April 5

The bonus shares of three different companies are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Monday.

A total of 127,575 lots of Barun Hydropower Company Ltd., 610,998 lots of Shree Investment and Finance Company and 535,554 bonus shares of Ngadi Group Power Ltd. have been listed. The shareholders will be able to buy and sell the bonus shares of the three companies once they reach the beneficiary account.

Ngadi Group Power Company has listed 10 percent bonus shares passed by the annual general meeting held on Poush 21. Similarly, Barun Hydropower has listed 5 percent bonus shares passed by the general meeting on Poush 26 and Shree Investment and Finance has listed 7.37 percent bonus shares passed by the annual general meeting held on Poush 29.
