Narayani Development Bank bids opening from today; 15,974 units promoter share and 6,583 units ordinary share in an auction

The sealed bids for the purchase of undistributed shares of Narayani Development Bank Limited is opening from today i.e. Chaitra 20.
The company had sold 6,583 shares to the general public and 15,974 shares to the founders through auction from Chaitra 3 to Chaitra 10. The company has informed that the office of Global IME Capital Limited, the sales manager of the bids received within the stipulated period, will be opened at 1 pm in Naxal, Kathmandu.
