Mirmire Laghubitta’s 10th AGM; issusing FPO and dividend

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has passed a resolution to distribute dividend and issue FPO from the 10th Annual General Meeting.

The company’s annual general meeting on Wednesday passed the resolution. The meeting passed a resolution to distribute 9.20 % bonus share and 0.48 % cash dividend from last year’s profit.

The meeting also passed a resolution to issue FPOs to adjust the ratio of founder and general share capital after the acquisition of Sweda Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. The company reported a net profit earned of Rs 7 crore 51 lakh.
