The existing shareholders till today will get dividend of these two Laghubitta; book closing tomorrow

Today is the last chance to secure the dividend of Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and Arambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. Both these Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha are closing their books for the purpose of dividend and annual general meeting on Chaitra 18. This means that the existing shareholders till today i.e. Chaitra 17 will be able to receive the dividend proposed by these two companies for the last fiscal year and participate in the meeting.

Unnati Sahakarya has proposed to distribute 17.81 percent bonus shares for the last fiscal year. The proposed bonus share will be implemented after the approval of the sixth annual general meeting of the organization on Chaitra 31.

Similarly, Arambha Chautari has offered a total of 8.85 percent bonus shares. The proposed bonus will be given to the shareholders after it is passed by the fifth annual general meeting of the organization on Chaitra 31.
